The firm was founded by CPA Oscar Luis Serventich in 1971.

It started as a firm mainly dealing with general accounting that became more specialized in the areas of Auditing, Taxation and Consulting as time went by.

The firm kept growing and later a group of attorneys was incorporated to the firm in addition to the number of accountants already working there.


Mr. Serventich is a bankruptcy trustee, member of the Bankruptcy Department of Argentine University of Notaries Public, head arbitrator of Buenos Aires City Accountant Association (C.P.C.E.C.A.B.A.), member of the Arbitration Court of Buenos Aires Chamber of Travel Agents and has extensively worked as a consultant.
